Events & Retreats : Day CampDay Camp is a wonderful opportunity to bring the best of both worlds together. Day Camp brings Bible Camp and your congregation together for a very meaningful experience for your youth. Whether you are using day camp in-lue of Vacation Bible School or along side this valuable ministry is entirely up to you; we are simply thrilled to share in this partnership with you. This summer’s theme is “Keeping the Earth" and focuses on the theme verse, “For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the children of God." Romans 8:19 During the Day Camp week your youth will experience activities, games, crafts and Bible studies geared specifically toward their age group and focusing on this summer theme. This is all done with the enthusiasm and passion that comes with our trained summer counselors. Our counselors will be an extension of your ministry and will work with your staff to provide just the right day camp program for you church! 2010 Day Camp ScheduleWeeks Each team will consist of three staff members and will be able to handle up to 35 youth. Our staff will provide the youth of your congregation a week filled with Bible studies, crafts, games, worship, music and fun geared for 1st – 4th Graders. Upon your request Day Camp was open to children who had completed Kindergarten through 6th grade. Shores of St. Andrew Bible Camp, New London, offers camp programs for 2nd – 5th graders so we are encouraging churches who wish to spend a day at camp to visit Shores.
